Returns Policy

 

We obviously want you to be happy with your purchase, which includes returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.

If a part is faulty or defective then we are really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we’ll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you.

If you’ve simply had a change of heart or if the item doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won’t be able to refund you.

To arrange a return, simply get in touch via our contact form or by emailing us and we’ll provide advice on how to return your item.

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

We’ll check your return and, if everything’s OK, refund what you’ve paid for it within 5 working days.
